The Holmes lab is seeking highly motivated post-doctoral scholars who are passionate about uncovering the glial mechanisms driving neurodegeneration. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in 2D and 3D CNS tri-culture systems, confocal microscopy coupled with rigorous quantitative image analysis, and the design and execution of functional phenotypic assays. A deep grounding in neurodegenerative disease biology and core biochemical principles is expected. Members of our team have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research using innovative approaches in proteomics, protein engineering, iPSC biology, and functional genomics. We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise to join us in advancing our understanding of neurodegenerative diseases and developing potential therapeutic strategies. Please contact Dr. Brandon Holmes to inquire about available positions.
